Overview
Saburo Koide was a Western-style painter from Osaka. After graduating from Tennoji Junior High School, he was instructed at the Shinanobashi Western Painting School, and participated in the Dokuritsu Exhibition before and after the war. We introduce recently-donated oil paintings by Saburo Koide, including those of landscapes, nudes, and related materials.
